fitnessholidayaquaclassYou can check in to the Fitness Holiday any time after 1pm on the Friday you arrive. Let us know your flight details and we will pick you up from Chiang Mai International airport. At 2.30pm there will be a weigh in and a fitness assessment for each person, so you have tangible results to take home with you. We will then walk around the Spa Resort and show you were everything is. At 4.30pm you will have your first Fitness Bootcamp session and at 7.30pm you will have dinner at the World famous Radiance restaurant.

On Saturday, Sunday, Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday you will be exercising, moving and carrying out activities from 7am to 7pm each day. Our Fitness Holiday Bootcamp team of experts will be there to encourage and motivate you every step of the way.

  • Power walking through Thai villages, past amazing temples, rice paddy fields all surrounded by Chiang Mai mountain peaks and rolling hills.

  • Aqua Aerobics and Pool Games. Something to cool you off! Time for a sun bathe to!
  • Muay Thai Boxing session in an authentic Thai boxing gym with Thai boxing instructors.
  • Fitness Bootcamp Circuit training-get cardiovascular, strength and agility all in one fun workout!
  • Advanced yoga techniques to stretch those tired muscles at the end of each day.
  • Use of Cloud Nine Exercise Mala which is under cover and has stunning views of the mountains!
  • Doi Suthep Temple Climb Challenge- Climb the 350 steps and take in the amazing views of Chiang Ma
  • Personal use of a Pulse Sonic Heart rate monitor to check your progress, heart rate and see calories burned!
  • 3 Thai or foot massages, 3 Far Sauna sessions, 7 nights air conditioned accommodation, 3 healthy meals a day, snacks, and daily nutritional drinks. Round trip transfer from Chiang Mai International airport.

Fitness holiday Yoga ClassOn Friday (your last day with the Fitness Holiday) there will be your final power walk and Fitness Assessment to see your improvement. Then we will do the FINAL WEIGH IN to see how much weight loss you have achieved. Check out time is 1pm. We will then complete your Fitness Holiday with our congratulatory lunch together and a look forward to your continued new healthy lifestyle .
