The property is located in ancient Chiang Mai province in Northern Thailand, situated on 40 acres. The Resort is in a quaint rural Thai village with rice paddy fields and a beautiful Temple surrounded by rolling hills. The resort architecture is Lanna Northern style and is built into and around a beautiful mature mango orchard. There are two swimming pools, a Thai herbal steam room, two far saunas, a tea house, full spa/massage facilities, exercise track, tennis court and a 18 meter octagon exercise sala overlooking the rolling hills of Chiang Mai and surrounded by the organic farm.

Fitness Holiday Bootcamp meals are taken at the award winning restaurant specializing in vegetarian, raw food, and Thai healthy cuisine, prepared with fresh organic and local ingredients.

fitness holiday hotel bedroomThe Deluxe Pool Side rooms offer an option of either a king size bed, or queen plus single with satellite TV and two daily health channels piped into all the rooms, personal fridge, aircon, safe, wireless internet and feature original Thai art work. There is a daily maid service and clean towels. Rooms are a generous 42 Sqm and sleep 1-2 persons.

We also have One Bedroom Two Story Lanna Villa Suite. Upstairs bedroom with king-size bed with satellite TV and bathroom, original Thai ceiling art, downstairs living room with daybed/sofa and 32” TV , downstairs bathroom, raw foods kitchen (blender, juicers, fridge), aircon, safe, wireless internet and daily maid service. These villas are 85 Sqm and sleep 1-3 people.
