Here at the Fitness Holiday we are all about making exercise more interesting and motivating.  I go for my regular four mile run twice a week , trotting around the same roads and tracks at the same pace and generally finding it a bit ‘samey’, well at least i used to any way.

I have now introduced some interval training into my jogs, and boy does it make a difference. It has done wonders for my fitness and is great at putting some ‘zing’ back into those well trodden running routes.
