How to survive a boot camp from the Fitness Holiday Thailand
Ways to survive a Boot camp. Many people think of taking part in a fitness Holiday or Boot camp. You are guaranteed to shape up fast and jump start your fitness regime or take your existing one to the next level. You will be doing all or most of your daily fitness outside, rain or shine and will be expected to be on time every time, or expect some extra curricular activity!
What is a typical day like?
Every day starts with an hour of power walking before breakfast, then its circuit training, weight training, kick boxing, swimming, cycling, cardio tennis and just about every type of physical exercise imaginable.
So, you know you want to attend a fitness Holiday but, how do you go about surviving?
Pack more than one pair of training shoes. If one pair gets dirty or soaked through during your fitness retreat, you will be glad you packed that extra pair when its time for your next session. Dry feet equates to happy fitness holiday.
Don’t look ahead in your day’s schedule. Just take one class at a time. You might find yourself getting disheartened or not giving 100% when you can see a tough circuit session looming after lunch!
Make sure you eat enough. It may be tempting to miss meals in order to cut the calorie count to get better weight loss results. Don’t do it, you will need every morsel in order to keep you going through out the day. Remember, the menu is designed for your maximum results and has taken months of planning.
Don’t be disappointed if you don’t lose a massive amount of weight. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, that’s why at the fitness holiday we take your fat count, measure your arms, legs and waste so that you can see the results. Just take a look at our before and after photographs to see what you can achieve. Its not just about the weight loss, its about how you look overall.
Good luck and to your very good health
