Just lightly clench a fist and using your knuckles gently tap over the top of your head for a minute or two. This will release endorphins and get the flow of blood pumping around your scalp. 2. Tea Tree oil. Inhale some tea tree oil, put a couple of drops on a handkerchief or tissue and keep it with you when you feel stressed. Breathe deeply, taking in the clear cleansing scent for about a minute. Try closing your eyes and thinking of your favorite place or piece of music.
