Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health, but sometimes it is just hard to get motivated. Here at the fitness holiday Thailand we place a huge emphasis on having fun at our fitness sessions.

If you are having fun your brain won’t register the effort you are putting into your fitness workout. A workout may appear easier if you are laughing and having fun. Laughing and exercise both release endorphins, which are the feel good hormones. No one wants to do a dull or boring workout. That is why all our fitness holiday teachers have upbeat shiny personalities to keep you happy and motivated.

Top Tips For Exercise Fun from the Fitness Holiday

1)Find a teacher or a trainer that you really like, is motivating and makes you feel uplifted and energised.

2)Get outside and feel the sun on your face and breath in the fresh air. Walk or play games like frizby!

3)Play a sport because working out with others can help keep you motivated and be social and fun.

4)For those who enjoy company but dislike competition why not try a a running club, water aerobics, or a dance class?

5)Listening to uplifting music which you love can put you on a natural high! Try singing along as well, which is what i do :-D

6) Focus on the amazing good you are doing for your body whilst you are exercising. Having a positive mental out look is really important if you are to enjoy exercise.
